Self Awakening Mission International is a tax-exempt 501c3 nonprofit organization based in Cerritos, CA. Our nonprofit was created by our Founder and President, Mr. Sanjiv Maliek. Our vision is to provide food for the body, mind, and soul. Our holistic approach is centered on providing the basic necessities of food and clean water, than promoting good health through free medical screenings and medicine. We also focus on the power of financial independence by providing supplies, equipment, and training for people to support themselves and their families. We understand education is the foundation of success, and so we provide life coaching to all ages to help them become the best version of themselves. Lastly, we offer free online meditation to heal at the soul level and find inner peace. Free Medical Camp in Kon Panvel, Mumbai
On August 11, 2024, Self Awakening Mission volunteers, Rupali ji, Disha ji, Ruchita ji, and Maithili ji. arranged a medical camp at Kon Panvel, Mumbai. Many people were examined and cured by the dignified attending doctors. We are very thankful to the Orthopedic Doctor Mandar Shah, Gynecologist Dr. Pankaj Patil, Heart and Diabetes Specialist Dr. Laxman Waghmare and General Physician Dr. Vishnu Patil. All treatments and medicines were distributed free of charge.

Free Women Empowerment Campaign in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh
On August 6, 2024, Sef Awakening Mission collaborated with Anganwadi Women Activists in Nadga District Ujjain. In this class women were educated to empower themselves mentally, physically, and emotionally to be self-reliant. All Anganwadi women workers felt great deal of positive energy and upliftment.

Free Life Coaching Program for kids in Kabala Town, Sierra Leone
From April through August 2024, House of Happiness NGO from Sierra Leone has adopted life coaching courses of Mr. Sanjiv Malik to teach 20 kids in Kabala village. Self Awakening Mission volunteer, Arpita Mehta, taught teachers, Ms. Susan Johnny and Mr. Bakarr Fofanah, who then met with kids every Saturday and Sunday to learn all about the belief system, self discipline, goal setting, and emotional intelligence. In front of Shri Satguru MaharajJi’s holy presence, kids recited both forgiveness and gratitude prayers, wrote positive affirmations for 21 days and kept a daily gratitude journal.

Free Medical Camp in Narpoli Village, Mumbai
On July 21, 2024, Self Awakening Mission arranged a free medical camp at Narpoli Village in Maharashtra on the auspicious day of Guru Purnima. A skin specialist, general physician, hypertension specialist, diabetic specialist, and heart specialist examined hundreds of village people. All kinds of vitamins, tonics and medicines were provided free of cost.

Free Medical Camp in Palli Gam, Ahmedabad
On April 7, 2024, Self Awakening Mission and SoulConnect NGO in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, arranged a free medical at Palli Gam, 40 kms from Ahmedabad. Palli Gam is a small community without a private hospital or government health facility. We received assistance from the Sarpanch and the local people, who also provided us with a nice government school campus to utilize, complete with desks, mandap, countertops, mineral water, breakfast, and homemade lunch. About a hundred people came for treatment from general physician Dr. Hetal Vadiwala, who offered his skills for free.

Free Medical Camp in Badali, Haryana
On March 9,2024 a free health check up camp was organized by Self Awakening Mission volunteer, Pradeep Lakhera ji in Badali (Saini Chaupal) Haryana. Over 400 villagers were provided free health checkups, including free medicines and free glasses, for those in need.
This investigation camp was inaugurated by Chief Guest MLA Kuldeep Vats ji's son Jatin Vats, Lalita Malik ji, Rahul Malik ji. Special thanks to Dr. Gurmeet Yogi ji, Dr. Adarsh ji, and Dr. Dinesh Sharma were performing the free medical checkups.

Women Empowerment Project through Entrepreneurship, Kampala, Uganda
On Women’s International Day, March 8, 2024 Self Awakening Mission International collaborated with Shailesh Shah, President of Rotary Club Buena Park, California on a women empowerment project with African NGO, Training of Rural Women in Uganda (Toruwu). Total of nine mothers of disabled children were supported for self employment and financial independence. All the beneficiaries were also provided with affirmations, gratitude prayer and forgiveness prayer in their native language, Luganda to recite minimum 21 days.

Women Empowerment Project through Harvesting, Kabala, Sierra Leone
In Bumba village, Kabala, Sierra Leone, Self-Awakening Mission International and House of Happiness teamed up once more to launch a farming project. Fifteen women are gaining self-employment through this project.
In Bumba village, villagers harvested their first crop of rice on February 4th, 2024, and they are now prepared to sow new rice seedlings. Fifteen ladies were carefully chosen, prayed for forgiveness and thanks, and received positive harvesting affirmations for 21 days before they were given rice seeds and cassava cuttings to plant. In the upcoming four months, keep an eye out for the cassava harvest and the second rice harvest.

Free Medical Camp in Tonk (near Jaipur), Rajasthan
On January 20th, 2024, Self Awakening Mission volunteer Narendra Sharma Ji along with General Physician Specialist Dr. Shahib Pathan, Ophthalmologist Dr. Tapesh Nag, Dr. Ambika Sharma, Gynecologist Dr. Chitra, Physiotherapist and Orthopedic Specialist Dr. Suraj Sharma, Dr. Dhanraj Gurjar, Dr. Sunita Gupta, and Dr. Lekhika Singh, COPD investigation specialist Pawan ji, and medicine distribution specialist ANM Lalita ji, organized a free medical camp in Sohela, Tonk, near Jaipur, Rajasthan. In this camp, all the patients were treated with medicines that were given free of charge. A total of 623 male and female patients took advantage of the free medical check-up camp.

Free Medical Camp in Narpule Village, Maharashtra
On January 18th, 2024, Self Awakening Mission volunteers, Maithili Ji and Disha Ji along with Doctor Sonali Ghadge Ji organized a free mini medical camp focused primarily on skin-related issues at Narpule village near Maharashtra.
In this check-up camp, Doctor Ghadge Ji (a Dermatologist) examined about 70 patients free of charge, and free medicines were also given. All male and female patients took advantage of the free medical check-up.

Free Medical Camp conducted in Panvel, India
On January 7th, 2024, Self Awakening Mission volunteers and four specialist doctors organized a free medical camp at Kon, Indiabulls, Panvel (Maharashtra). Self Awakening Mission Volunteers (Maithili Ji, Tanmay Ji, Latika ji, Sunanda Ji and Suchita Ji) made a great contribution to organizing this medical camp. Free blood tests, free BMB tests, free medicines, free suger tests, and free RBC tests were facilitated for the patients. Almost 200 people took advantage of all these medical facilities at this health camp.
Self Awakening Mission expresses heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Mandar Shah, Dr. Bhagyashree Shah, Dr. Manohar Kakade, Dr.Shantanu Giri and Gaurav Ji for their noble and selfless work towards this medical camp.

Construction of new borewell in Kabala, Sierra Leone
On January 6th, 2024 Self Awakening Mission International in partnership with House of Happiness NGO constructed and inaugurated a Water Borewell in the Bumba Village, Kabala, Sierra Leone. This borewell will provide clean water to thousands of people for their daily needs.
The western African nation of Sierra Leone houses over seven million people, and nearly three-fourths of them live in poverty. A number of issues have recently impacted Sierra Leone, leading to severe poverty, insufficient infrastructure, and displacement. Of them, the scarcity of clean water is a major problem.
Due to a lack of clean water, children who are sick often miss school, families are unable to work because they must spend a lot of time fetching water every day, and the country's poverty rate is increased.

Feeding the homeless in Los Angeles, California
In 2024, Self Awakening Mission International prepared over 2500 sandwiches and provided food supplies that were given to our partner NGO, New Challenge Ministries. The sandwiches and food supplies o are then distributed to the homeless in Los Angeles. This partnership has been ongoing for over seven years. We have also supported them with hygiene products and school supplies. There are over 75,000 people suffering from homelessness in Los Angeles County.

Distribution of warm clothes to Samarth Cum Gharaunda Orphan Ashram in Raigarh, India
On 28th November 2023, Self Awakening Mission volunteers Pragya Chavda and Sejal Gupta distributed warm clothes like sweaters, under shirts, socks and shoes to 30 children at Samarth Cum Gharaunda Orphan Ashram in Raigarh district of Chhattisgarh.

Free Medical Camp in Sri Lanka
On 19th November 2023, Self Awakening Mission International in collaboration with Sri Lanka’s Vishwa Samadhi Foundation conducted it’s very first free medical camp in the Kurunegala District in Sri Lanka.
A team comprising 13 doctors from the Kurunegala Teaching Hospital, 3 doctors from Nikaveratiya Hospital, and 11 nurses and assistants received immense support to ensure the success of this medical camp.
Additionally, pamphlets promoting positive affirmations were distributed among all attendees. The villagers devoutly engaged with the content of these pamphlets, showing their gratitude for this valuable service, which is particularly impactful for those engaged in agricultural livelihoods within these communities.

Planting Ayurvedic saplings in Kahnaur Village, India
On 17th October 2023, Self Awakening Mission International Volunteer, Pradeep Lakhera Ji planted Ayurvedic saplings in Kahnaur Village, Haryana, so that the entire village could benefit from them in the future.
Ayurveda, a natural system of medicine, originated in India over 3,000 years ago. The term Ayurveda is derived from the Sanskrit words ayur (life) and veda (science or knowledge). Thus, Ayurveda translates to knowledge of life. Based on the idea that disease is due to an imbalance or stress in a person's consciousness, Ayurveda encourages certain lifestyle interventions and natural therapies to regain a balance between the body, mind, spirit, and environment

Built two new bore wells at Dzaleka Refugee Camp in Malawi, Africa
On August 23rd and July 19th, 2023, Self Awakening Mission International partnered with Moses Isaach from Light For Youth, CBO (Community Based Organization) to establish two borewells in Dzaleka Refugee Camp, Malawi. It is our very first attempt to provide easy, efficient and safe access of water to this refuge community. Community members were educated that no housing, toilets, clothes washing etc will be allowed near the borewell as to keep the water safe to drink. These two borewells will provide water to thousands of people in surrounding community on a monthly basis.

Free Health Camp conducted at Village Rajthal in Hisar, Haryana
On July 23, 2023 Self Awakening Mission International Volunteers, Rahul Maliek and Pardeep Lakhera along with the support of five expert doctors conducted a free health camp which offered free medicines, free eye examinations and free spectacles. In total over 200 people received eye examinations of which 15 were diagnosed with Cataracts and surgery was immediately performed. Many people were also offered free tests, including sugar, thyroid, H.B. and blood pressure.
Our special guests were Mrs. Lalita Malik, Sakshi Malik & Mr. Upender Kaushik who are renowned Social Workers of the area.

40 water barrels delivered to slum area in Amreli, Gujarat
On July 2nd and April 21, 2023, Self Awakening Mission International Volunteers’ Arpita and Neal Mehta with the help of their family and peers delivered 80 water barrels to slum people living near the railroad tracks in Amreli, Gujarat. At the peak of summer where it’s nearly 40 celsius, they struggle to have drinking water by tap which is offered only every 4-5 days by the government. We want to thank the tremendous support of Kokilaji Mehta, Himansuji Mehta, Ashishji Mehta, Mukeshji Dholakia and Nainaji Dholakia for coordinating this wonderful project.

Provided 6 sewing machines to Shri Sanskar Kanya Keravni Mandal in Kamijla, Gujarat
On June 25th, 2023, Self Awakening Mission International in collaboration with Shri Sanskar Kanya Keravni Mandal donated 6 sewing machines to begin sewing classes to empower the local women in Kamijla, Gujarat. This training center serves women within 5 kilometer area of Kamijla. Currently, 6 girls are getting trained and 12 girls are on the waiting list. It is the very first effort to empower women in this village. Students are also being taught the importance of Forgiveness prayer and Gratitude prayer.

Provided 3 computers and laser printer to Shri Sarvoday Kumar Chhatralay boy's hostel in Kamijla, Gujarat
On June 25th, 2023, Self Awakening Mission International donated 3 computers and a laser printer to Shri Sarvoday Kumar Chhatralay boys hostel in Kamijla village of Gujarat where approximately 40 students are gathered to study from 8th to 12th grade. Almost every student who graduates moves on to some form of higher learning. Students are also being taught the importance of Forgiveness prayer and Gratitude prayer. We want to thank Kalubhai Makwana for coordinating this project.

Food essentials provided to 60 refugee families at Dzaleka Refugee Camp in Malawi, Africa
On June 20, 2023 Self Awakening Mission International with the help of our Volunteer, Moses Isaac provided beans, rice, oil and soap to over 60 families who were forced from their homes in May 2023 to the Dzaleka Refugee Camp in Malawi, Africa.
Hundreds of refugees from the Democratic Republic of Congo, Burundi and Rwanda have been forced by a government directive into this camp with only the clothes on their back. If you would like to help, please donate to our website and make a difference in these people’s lives. 100% of all donations for Malawi will go directly to this project.

Free Health Camp in Kahnaur Village, India
On April 30, 2023 a free health check-up camp was organized by Self Awakening Mission International in Kahnaur Village in Haryana, India. The Chief Guest at the camp was Mr. Sanjiv Maliek and the special guest was Sarpanch Nisha.
Many experienced doctors rendered their services at the camp. Various medical tests were provided, spectacles were provided to the needy and medicines were provided to those in need, All the associates worked hard and cooperated by serving their body, mind and wealth.

Free Yoga and 4 day Meditation Camp conducted in Kahnaur, Haryana
On April 9, 2023 a free yoga and powerful meditation camp was organized by Self Awakening Mission International Volunteers, Pradeepji and Majeshji Lakhera in Kahnaur, Rohtak, Haryana.
Yogacharyas : Gurmeet Yogi Ji and Naveen Yogi Ji (Disciples of Yog Rishi Swami Ramdev Ji) conducted this 4 days camp to help people fight against diseases like obesity, diabetes, blood pressure, joint pain, back pain, knee pain, stress, skin problem, thyroid etc. Special Yog, Pranayama (breathing techniques), acupressure points and home-made remedies were introduced to fight against such diseases.

Providing nourishment for body is one of three of the vital roles in Self Awakening Mission International’s mission for providing food for body, mind and soul. Feeding of cows, planting trees and providing kites to kids in Ahmedabad, India
On March 7, 2023 our Volunteer, Saurabh Patel provided food to cows at a local Gaushala, provided kites to underprivileged children and planted trees in the city of Ahmedabad, India. The cow is a revered and sacred animal in India as they are considered Mother Earth, providing so much to humanity and other creatures through their milk. Cows are considered a symbol of wealth, strength and abundance.

Distribution of computers and other school essentials near Indian Army Base Kargil, India
On March 5, 2023 Volunteer, Tina Parekh with the support of Self Awakening Mission International provided much needed school supplies including computers, stationary, school bags and wheel chairs to children near Indian Army Base in Batalik near Kargil, India.
It is a great honor to support the children of the Military Army Base. The Indian Armed Forces are highly professional, courageous, and considered one of the best in the world.

Free health camp in Kahnaur Village, India
On February 12, 2023 Self Awakening Mission International with the support of six Doctors, colleagues and volunteers conducted a free health screening camp in Kahnaur Village, in the state of Haryana, India. The team of expert doctors provided free medicines, free spectacles, and free testing of BP, HB and sugar levels. Eyes were checked by computer and 11 free cataract eye surgeries were also conducted.
Our special guests were Mr. Ramchandra Lamba and Mr. Bhoop Singh who are renowned Social Workers of the area.
Thank you to all the amazing Medical Professionals and Volunteers who provided much needed health checkups.

On February 11, 2023 our Volunteer, Neeraj Sawhney distributed samosas and biscuits in Noida, India. It is these small acts of kindness that make a big impact in people’s lives. You can see in the photo the appreciation and love when provided this food.

Serving a meal to 70 people in Kathmandu, Nepal
On February 11, 2023 our Volunteer, Nitu Sharma along with friends and family provided 70 meal packets that included puri, vegetables and pickles to those less fortunate in Kathmandu, Nepal. Thank you to all the volunteers for their tireless effort.

Serving snacks to day laborers in Najafgarh, Delhi
On January 28, 2023 our Volunteer, Kuldeep Kataria along with his peers provided bread pakoda with tea to over 200 people at a labor chowk near Sri Sai Mandir stand in Najafgarh, Delhi. The local day laborers, including riksha drivers, street hawkers and a like were provided this snack with great zeal and enthusiasm. The weather during this month is very cold so the offering of a delicious snack and warm tea provided a full stomach and a warm heart to many.

Serving a meal to hundreds in Faridabad, India
On January 26, 2023 our Volunteer, Jitendra Kumar Sharma and his colleagues provided 1000 rotis and lentils to hundreds of people in front of the fire station in Sector 30, in Faridabad, India and also, on February 5, 2023 Jitrendaji and his colleagues served parathas and pickles. This type of service is done every week all across India. We want to thank all our volunteers who made these langars successful.

Distribution of clothes and food for orphans in Pune, India
On January 22, 2023 our Volunteer, Rajeshwari and her peers along with the support of Self Awakening Mission International provided food and clothes to Om Shanti Girls Orphanage in Pune, India.
Om Shanti Girls Orphanage takes care of 25 girls from age six to eighteen who are being empowered and up-brought there.

Feeding orphan students in Surat, India
On January 7, 2023, our Volunteer, Pushpa Patel with the support of Self Awakening Mission International provided and served a warm lunch meal to orphan students at Devdoot Bal Ashram in Surat.
Vishwa Jagriti Mission developed Devdoot Balashram in Surat and Kanpur which offer free of cost quality education with residence facility for the students.

Mega Langar event in 8 cities of India and Nepal
On December 31, 2022, Self Awakening Mission International fed over 1600 people at a Mega Langar event which took place in 8 cities (Ahmedabad, Faridabad, Jagatpuri, Ludhiana, Mumbai, Najafgarh, Pune and Surat) in India and in Kathmandu, Nepal.

Providing warm blankets to those living in the streets of Pune, India
On December 26, 2022, Self Awakening Mission International Volunteer Shilpa Mistry along with her peers distributed blankets to people living on the Streets of Pune, India.
They compassionately wrapped blankets around the people sleeping on the streets in the freezing cold.
It has been a heart-warming experience for our volunteers and has been an inspiration for many.

Provided Christmas activity and meals to 23 little Angels in slum areas of Ahmedabad, India
On December 25, 2022, Self Awakening Mission International Volunteers Tina Parekh along with Jagruti Panchal organized recreation activities along with breakfast meal to slum kids in Ahmedabad, India.
Around 23 little Angels from slum areas of Ahmedabad have received love, affection and warmth from our volunteers.

Feeding street dogs in Delhi, India
On December 18, 2022 Self Awakening Mission International Volunteers Arti Tandon and Satinder Kaur collaborated with Dog lover and Dog Sewa Worker Ms. Priya in Rani Bagh Area of Delhi.
One month food supply (which comprises dog biscuits, rice and milk) and blankets for 60 dogs were donated. Street dogs have been fed not just food but also friendliness, companionship, warmth and love.
It was a heart-warming experience for our volunteers and has been an inspiration for many.

In November 2022, our Volunteer Dr. S K Uttam and his colleagues did the service of distributing a delicious meal to the elderly living in an old age home in Fatehpur, India. Thank you to all the volunteers for a very successful and heart warming effort.

Empowering Women in Uganda, Africa
On November 29th, 2022, Self Awakening Mission International organized a campaign with Mr. Augustine Yiga, Co-Founder and Director of Toruwu (Training of Rural Women in Uganda) in Kampala, Uganda to support the local women by providing supplies needed for them to generate additional income and improve their standard of living. Baking, crafts, food, stationery and tailoring supplies were purchased to help empower these women for long term financial independence.

Serving free meals to day laborers in Uttam Nagar, India
Each week in the month of October 2022, the Self Awakening Mission Team lead by Mr. Sanjiv Maliek provided Langar food distribution in Uttam Nagar, Delhi. Langar is also known as a community kitchen at a Gurdwara (Sikh place of worship), which serves meals free of charge regardless of religion, caste, gender, economic status or ethnicity.

Providing shoes and socks to 30 young girls at SKV Govt. School in Delhi, India
In August 2022, in an attempt to support her local community, our Volunteer, Arti Tandon with the support of Self Awakening Mission International reached out to SKV Government School, Prashant Vihar, Delhi where 30 female students from from low financial backgrounds were provided with much needed shoes and socks.

Providing shelter for family in Gujarat, India
In July 2022, in an effort to support his local community, our Volunteer, Jayesh with the support of Self Awakening Mission International assisted a Father with three mentally challenged Sons by repairing their roof to make it safe for the family during the monsoon season. This family got new shelter to live safely and provided an audio player of religious mantras to create a more positive environment.

Providing food kits to the elderly in Gujarat, India
In July 2022, Self Awakening Mission International partnered with Soul Connect NGO to serve 20 food kits to elderly people of Koth Gaam, 60 kms from Ahmedabad. These people are living alone as the income earner of their family passed away due to Covid.

Women Empowerment through harvesting Malawi, Africa
In May 2022, Self Awakening Mission International with support of Moses Isaac, Founder of Light for Youth CBO at the Dzaleka Refugee Camp in Malawi Africa developed a harvesting program to empower and employ the women of the camp. With the support of the local farmers, this program is intended to be self sustaining indefinitely. In addition to the harvesting of crops the local men and women are also taught meditation, forgiveness prayer and positive affirmations to create a synergetic working environment and successful future harvests.

Crisis in Sri Lanka April, June and September 2022
In April, June and September 2022, Self Awakening Mission International with the support of the Vishwa Samadhi Foundation and our Volunteer, Athila Kothalawala of Sri Lanka helped over 560+ families and over 3,000 members of their families. Many of them blind.
This crisis is devastating and will take a considerable amount of time, money and effort to recover. We provided meals and food packages which included beans, rice, flour, sugar, salt, red chili powder, onions, soya, potatoes.

Empowering a Mother and Daughter in Sierra Leone, Africa
In April 2022, Self Awakening Mission International partnered with House of Happiness NGO in Sierra Leone, Africa to empower a Mother and Daughter whose feet are badly burnt, leaving her with walking difficulties. In addition to providing stable housing we also provided supplies to help Isata make and sell food to the community as a source of income. We want to thank the efforts of Sidikie Kamara, Founder of HOH, and their entire team for all their hard work and dedication on this amazing project.

Planting trees in Los Angeles and Riverside, California
In February and November 2022, Self Awakening Mission International took part in planting trees in Lynwood, Watts and Riverside, California. This project is an effort to create more shade, cleaner air and beautify these cities. Thank you to our Volunteers, Shailesh Shah, Jignasha Patel, Himansu Mehta, Ashish Mehta and Amy Tran.

Empowering communities in Nigeria, Africa
In February and September 2022, Self Awakening Mission International assisted a small community in Nigeria, Africa. In coordination with a local community organizer, Idris Milano, we provided sewing machines, hair dryers, generators, freezers and other equipment to empower the people out of poverty and long term financial independence. It is with help from local organizers like Idris that we can help communities flourish mentally, physically and economically.

Providing aid to refugees in Malawi, Africa
In January 2022, Self Awakening Mission International partnered with Moses Isaac, Founder of Light for Youth, a Community Based Organization at the Dzaleka Refugee Camp in Malawi, Africa.
Together we provided 120 children, mothers and elderly of the Dzaleka Refugee Camp with notebooks, school supplies, blankets and clothing.

Sharing warmth to 100 students at G.S.S. School Jaipur, India
In January 2022, our Volunteer Pratima Bhugra with the support of Self Awakening Mission International distributed sweatshirts, caps and socks to 100 students of G.S.S. School Rampura Unit Sanganer

Organizing distribution of warm clothes in Haryana, India
On December 15, 2021 Self Awakening Mission International visited S.N. Jhuggi Jhopadi School in the state of Haryana and distributed warm sweaters, masks, and socks to 200+ students.

Feeding families of patients outside AIIMS Hospital, Delhi, India
On December 14th and 19th, 2021 Self Awakening Mission International prepared food and distributed blankets to over 300 people in Delhi, India.

Providing food, clothes and other essentials in Tanzania, Africa
In November 2021, our Volunteer Sanjay along with Self Awakening Mission International provided food, clothes and other essential items to a children’s orphanage, Casa Della Gioia (Nyumba Ya Furaha) in Tanga, Tanzania. Casa Della Gioia hosts HIV positive orphans ranging from 0-21 years of age.

Distributed food for poor laborers in Delhi, India
On July 17, 2021 Self Awakening Mission International prepared and packaged food to distribute to poor day laborers in Uttam Nagar, Delhi. This is an ongoing effort and we sincerely thank our donors.

Donated food kits during Covid epidemic in Delhi, India
From May through July 2021, Self Awakening Mission International donated food kits of grains and spices to hundreds of citizens during the second waive of Covid in Delhi, India.

I am from Congo living in the Dzaleka Refugee Camp in Malawi, Africa. We met Neal through Facebook and he connected us with Mr. Sanjiv Malik. I discovered he was facilitating meditation skills as well as getting rid of stress, and anxiety, Ho Pono Pono Forgiveness Prayer, positive affirmations, etc.
